Important Reminders for Our Members

Some things to keep in mind -- even at this busy time of the year:

Timely submission of your inspection data to AHW
While we don’t require the submission of data from each inspection as the limited warranties are provided, we do have to receive the inspection data and payment for the limited warranty before we hear from a claimant. Home inspectors must report their inspection / limited warranty activity promptly and understand that claim coverage will not be provided for any claim made for which AHW has not previously received both inspection data and payment in full.

Our low-cost program is designed to be rolled into your inspection fee and presented on a complimentary basis to your customers
As we have indicated before, in many states the law does not permit you to charge your clients separately for our limited warranties. Our low-cost program is designed to keep the cost of the warranties reasonable enough to be rolled into your inspection fee -- with the limited warranty then being provided on a complimentary basis as part of your enhanced package of professional services. That’s the way it works best for you as a true marketing tool!

Double-check your records for our office information
We moved into larger offices in August of 2006 and so our mail forwarding expires soon. Please correct your street mailing address for AHWC to the following:

                      212 Market Street, Box 10
                      New Richmond, OH 45157

Please call us with questions on these or any other issues.
Have a great summer!
