HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
An interested home inspector pays a one-time fee to become a member of the AHWC association, pays a small fee for each inspection/ application submitted to AHWC, and sends a
regular report of inspection/warranty activity to AHWC. Thereafter, all properly submitted claims for covered items and system failures are handled entirely by experienced AHWC claims staff.
All aspects of initial registration, fee payment, data verification, and claims information requests can usually be handled by phone, fax, e-mail or online in the
